Modifications:  I have performed the magnet mod for installing the wings without screws.  (love it.).  I have put AS3X on a switch so it can be disable when the wind dies down, otherwise I leave it on.  I lengthened the battery bay to move the CG further back, though with the magnets this no longer seems necessary.

Pros:  Great little glider.  Long run times.  Packs up small and can flight at the house.  Handles light wind very well with AS3X.

Cons: CG can be difficult to find.  Small size can get lost pretty easily in a good thermal

Opinion:  Awesome.
